Reiki, binlerce yıllık geçmişi olan ve Japonya’dan dünyaya yeniden yayılan bir spiritüel disiplin ve şifa tekniğidir. Reiki disiplininin uygulanışı meditasyon gibi ruhsal çalışmalara ve ellerimiz ile enerji aktarımı yoluyla şifa vermeyeı dayanır. Reiki batıya yayılmaya başladığında "Evrensel Yaşam Enerjisi " olarak tercüme edilmiştir ve öncelikli amacı uygulayanların spiritüel alanda kişisel gelişim sağlamasına yardımcı olmaktır. Reiki herkese açık, kapsayıcı bir yöntem olup , herkes tarafından üç seviyede kolayca öğrenilebilir ve uygulanabilir.
Bir Reiki seansı ile enerji alanındaki dengesizlik ve blokajlar temizlenerek vücudun kendi kendini iyileştirme bilgeliğinin önündeki engeller temizlenir ve şifa bulmanın yolu açılır.

REIKI I & II Courses in Istanbul
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive and non-manipulative palm healing technique from Japan discovered by Mikao Usui and can be learned by anyone in three levels.
A Reiki Practitioner touches the receiver's body and passes energy through his/her palms and balances the receiver’s energy, which results in healing.
Important Note:
YOU CAN BOOK FOR OTHER DATES AND OTHER LOCATIONS if the scheduled timings do not work for you
At the end of every course you will get Himalaya’s Reiki Manual for future practice and a certificate of completion certified by International Assiociation of Reiki Professionals.
REIKI I or First Degree Reiki:
Open for all: total of 4-8 hours.
Reiki I is for beginners. By the end of this course you will be able to do a full body Reiki Treatment on self , full body Reiki Tretment on others and you will be able to find imbalances in the receiver’s body and balance them. The course content of this one/two days course are as follows:

Healing and Healing Crisis
How to do full Body Self Treatment

REIKI II or Second Degree Reiki:
Only for already Reiki I practitioners: 1-2 days done in total of 4-6 hours.
Reiki II is for people who already are Reiki I and want to use Reiki in specific and powerful ways; Increasing the power of Reiki flow, working with mind & emotions and doing Distant Treatments.
Two interesting things about this level are: the increased amount of Reiki flow immediately after the Attunement(s) and the use of Reiki Symbols in the treatments. The Course contents of this one or two days course are as follows:
Revision of Reiki I
Introduction to Reiki II
Reiki Symbols and their related sacred sound.
How and when to use Reiki Symbols
Reiki II Attunement(s)/ Initiation(s)
How to perform Distance Treatment
How to perform Mental Healing (The Habit Healing technique)
