I am a sociologist, youth worker, yoga practitioner, yoga teacher based in Malta. As a yoga practitioner, i offer a unique, sociological perspective on the practice. Practicing and teaching yoga for many years, I have a good grounding, extensive knowledge and experience in this, and many other movement practices. My life and lifestyle is dedicated to sharing better health and wellness mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
