Introduction Basic Thai Body Therapy & Yin Yoga Izmir
We are meeting for 4 hours this afternoon so you can try, touch, feel and learn more about Thai Body Therapy and Yin Yoga and to give you a chance to find out if this training is the right choice for you!
We will use this time to dive briefly into the history and theory behind Thai Body Therapy, we will have a short demo and we will practice together some basics so you can feel by yourself the magic and love of Thai Body Therapy.
