Practices

We will flow seamlessly between a variety of practices, including Breathwork, Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, both still and active meditations, and Tantra practices.

Evening activity may include singing circle, compassionate sharing, ecstatic dance or other still or active meditation, depending on the needs of the group.

It is not necessary to have any experience in Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation or Tantra. Just practising what we can with heart and presence will be enough to gain all the benefits. Both beginners and experienced students will be guided according to their level. 

The retreat is suitable for singles as well as couples. 

In your free time, you can go to the beach to enjoy the Sun and a swim, relax in our hotel garden or continue your yoga-meditation practice in our private zen area.

Zivile Mickute
Breathwork & Tantra Facilitator

Zivile embarked on her spiritual journey five years ago after experiencing the loss of her mother and struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. Seeking a path to happiness and purpose, she discovered Breathwork practices that allowed her to reconnect with herself and find true joy in life. This profound transformation led her to leave her life and career in London and relocate to Koh Phangan, where she now teaches Breathwork as well as heart based Tantra practices  and helps others on their journey of self-discovery.

Zivile's approach involves a combination of different Breathwork techniques, including Tetra breath, So Ham breathwork, and Shamanic breathwork, guiding individuals to rediscover their true divine energy. In addition to Breathwork, she also facilitates Bio-dev Tantra practices, Yoga, Osho Active meditations, Social meditations, and various self-development practices. Zivile has shared her knowledge and wisdom in places like the Dominican Republic, Lithuania, and Thailand, empowering others to reconnect with themselves and find inner peace, purpose and happiness.

Ergin Undeger
Yoga & Tantra Facilitator

Ergin is a specialized yoga practitioner, having received extensive training in Yoga and Tantra teachings from experienced teachers worldwide. He offers a comprehensive blend of teachings from various traditions of India and Tibet, encompassing classical and modern yoga, classical and modern tantra, energy and breathwork, as well as diverse types of meditations. His passion for yoga led him to work as a yoga therapist at the Arogyadhama holistic health center during his 18-month Yoga Therapy Post-Graduate's program in India. Since 2016, Ergin has been both manager and instructor at Kaivalya Yoga Ashram, Ergin Ündeğer Yoga & Meditation Retreats, efficiently overseeing the studio and conducting transformative yoga and meditation retreats. 

In addition to traditional knowledge gained from various monasteries and ashrams in Asia, Ergin possesses expertise in modern psychology, general health issues, and the interplay between anatomy and physiology with yoga. He takes pleasure in sharing his knowledge with people from diverse backgrounds, catering to their unique needs and goals.

Accommodation

The Hotel is located in the greenery, close to the sea, in a quiet and tranquil part of the island, surrounded by nature. It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay and different practices. All rooms have balconies, air conditioning and private bathrooms. The delicious food is made from carefully selected organic products of the region.

Transportation

Airfare and airport transfers are not included. However, we are happy to help you if needed.

You can choose to stay in single, 2 or 3 person shared rooms. 

Prices include: all breathwork-yoga-meditation classes, 4 nights accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, unlimited tea during the day, travel health insurance, one half day sightseeing trip, one to one counselling sessions if needed, our undivided attention and love, wifi connection

In order to get the most out of the retreat, we follow a vegetarian diet without exception and strictly avoid the use of mind-altering substances such as alcohol and drugs.
